But each attorney and each client is different, and the optimal response to a prompt depends on who is asking. Personalization is wildly complex, partially because we lose the anchor of an ideal universal truth - how do we measure quality when we are delivering unique results to each individual. But personalization is critically important to the practice of law and, in particular, communications with clients about the practice of law.
